Geert­son Seeds Supreme Court hear­ing on April 27, 2010. This case is a cul­mi­na­tion of a con­tin­u­ing bat­tle against chem­i­cal com­pany Mon­santo, to with­hold the ban on Genet­i­cally Engi­neered alfalfa. This case is one of many, fight­ing to pro­tect con­sumer and farmer’s rights to keep GMO seeds out of food.
